Once the system is rebooted, the computer Bios will not be able to find the disks which are affected by the bugs. Many users have discussed about this feature in the net blogs. The main problem is that the computer BIOS system was unable to find the hard disk once rebooted.  When tried to diagnose the problem and connect it the following error message would pop up – “Cannot find hard disk, please try again”. This model of hard disk drive has become popular in the market for their high mechanical drop outs, the mistaken identity of the drive by the CPU to a different model and the frequent freezing of the drives.
Ace Laboratory PC3000-UDMA (version 4.13) and Salvation Data HD Doctor for Seagate (version 3.0) were the only two companies, who could come with a solution program to solve this bug.
